Dry Erase Calendar Board

I am a Sunday school teacher and a Cub Master. I need a calendar that I can type activities and appointments into the grid squares along with national holidays and then print out copies to send out to parents. I used to use one on the HP web site, but it’s gone now! I’m in a bit of a time crunch. I’d appreciate any help you could offer. Thanks!
I use Yahoo calendar at home, so I can’t use it for this purpose. I don’t want have my personal appointments on the calendar for parents.
I would really like a calendar that looks like a calendar.
I tried the google calendar and it was having problems.
The e2do.com doesn’t have any instructions on how to plug info. into the calendar. It just keeps telling me there isn’t anything on it.

I am in charge of creating a calendar for a group. Outlook calendar is a bit of a foreign program to me. I want to be able to add appointments to a separate calendar, and then send this Outlook file to all the members of the group (without sending out all of my personal appointments). How is this done? Thanks.
