Dry Erase Calendar Board

I would like to send someone else all of the Calendar entries in my Microsoft Outlook Calendar – so that all of my entries show up in their Calendar. Is it possible for me to send them all of my entries somehow?

I would like to have Microsoft Outlook pop up a reminder at the same time every day (Fill out time sheet). But I don’t want an associated event to appear on my Calendar. Is there a way to get Outlook to issue daily reminders that are not associated with a Calendar Event?

I have been given an assignment to make a calendar using Microsoft Excel; does anyone know how to go about it?

I’m looking for a phone that has good calendar abilities (so I can get alerts, updates, schedules on it) but I don’t want to pay Verizon’s /month for e-mail/web access on the Blackberry or Palm.

Are there any "normal" phones that have good calendar abilities (or can sync up to Microsoft Word)?

Is there a way to connect everybody’s microsoft outlook calendar in the office? Like if I want to schedule a meeting with everybody in the office, I can do it on my calendar and see their conflicting appointments, etc.

Do we need Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 to get this? Please provide as much detail as possible.
