My youngest sister let me son play with her on the dry erase board. When I seen him 3 minutes later his shirt had Giant purple dry erase marker streaks on his shirt!
I tried alcohol and blotting it….Ive tried hairspray! I threw it in the washer with oxi clean! Its still bad.
Right now it’s wet and I dont want to dry it just yet…
Can anyone please tell me what gets dry erase off clothes?

Does one brand of dry-erase markers erase more easily than others?
I have to use the dry-erase wet wipes to get the marker off my board. This should be more simple — write on, wipe off!!
Anyone had any success with certain brand markers and just a regular dry-eraser??

I’m working for my brother in law and I just totally screwed up his huge dry erase board! I was trying to write a job for his guys to do. So I was looking at the computer, grabbed a pen w/o looking, and proceeded to write an address on the board. Lo and behold, I make a mistake and it’s not erasing. Someone put a frickin’ permanent marker on the tray!!! So I panicked and got a green scrubby pad wet and scrubbed it off! I didn’t even think about the shiny finish! Is there any way of restoring this? My guess is there isn’t, but it wouldn’t hurt to ask. Please help, I feel bad because I know it’s an expensive board. Thank you!

It’s a mess. the writing will no longer come off with the eraser. I also tried dry and wet papertowel. You would think i wrote on it with a permanent marker but I havent.
How can I wipe it clean?
