Has birth control and family planning led to the slowing down of growth rate and became the social norm today?

Do you think reasons like birth control, natural disaster, family planning, laws, kids being too expensive and infertility has led to the slowing down of the growth rate so that it has become the modern economic and social norm today?

I mean there’s a faster than predicted decline in birth rate across the world, a lot of improvements in family planning and basic education across the world and even China’s one child policy.

But then again

Statistics are LIES
Census are probably inaccurate.

So has it become a modern economic and social norm to have less children these days?

How did using the calendar method of birth control work for you?

Ok… I have been on birth control pills for over a year now, and I hate it!! I’m just one of those people who does not like taking any medication on a regular basis. But it’s not just that, since starting the pills I have been having really bad gallbladder problems and i would say it has caused me to loose so much of my personality. All that to say, I would really like to stop taking my birth control pills, and I’m considering the calendar method and wanted to hear from people who have used this method.

What family planning methods did you use after your first baby?

What type of family planning method did you use after you had your first baby. After being on the pill and going off for a while because you wanted to get pregnant, and then you finally got pregnant, what methods of birth control should/would/did you chose after having the baby? How long should you wait to have another baby?

How is natural family planning not a form of contraception?

How is natural family planning any different then a condom or a birth control pill? Your still preventing a potential baby and your not really giving your complete self away, if you know you probably won’t get pregnant. When I watched "Theology of the Body", there main argument was that you should give your complete self during sex as an expression of God’s love, and that contraception prevents giving your whole self. How is natural family planning any different?
