Dry Erase Calendar Board

I just upgraded to a Blackberry Enterprise Server at work.

I now have duplicate entries of nearly every appointment on my Blackberry Calendar. But in Outlook, no duplicates.

Any way to quickly & easily kill all these duplicates?
Problem is not recurring appointments. Its the same appointment, showing 2 times on the same day at the same time, with the exact same subject.

I want to print from the main calendar at work – but sort it to only print a certain category so I can generate a master calendar of events for the year but not include every single appointment. Is this possible without creating a seperate calendar?

I’m looking for a calendar which would allow me to add appointments with reminders. I’d like it to be able to pop up a reminder on the day of the appointment/event as soon as I start my computer.

Which calendar is able to do this?

I’ve been using Windows Calender but I don’t think it’s possible for it to automatically pop up reminders on the day of the event(s).

I don’t want everyone to be able to read the appointment but I need it to be visible on the group calendar. In other words, each individual in the group sees the whole calendar but can only read appointments that pertain to them. Is that possible with Yahoo calendars?

In the Yahoo Calendar, as a person is putting in the "details", there is a spot at the bottom where you can set the settings to be sent a text when your appointment is due. However, I can’t figure out how to have it text more than one mobile phone at the same time. I have 2 phone numbers listed, but it will only send to one or the other at one time.
