Just write over it with a dry erase marker! It should bring up the permanent marker as well when you erase it
Color over it with a dry erase marker. Always works
Try hairspray or alcohol, spray the hairspray over where the permanent marker is with a sponge or with alcohol, it should take care of it.
Just try using regular isopropyl rubbing alcohol on it.
Use alcohol, not the kind in wine.
Gently rub it on the board with an old piece of cloth.
Probably available in pharmacies.
I dont know if this will work. but have yoou tried nailvarnish remover or white spirits. The kind you use wwhen decorating.
You can buy board cleaning spray which will remove it.
nail polish remover
I used nail polish remover on my kid’s easel…they did the same thing…it worked just fine, it’ll take a few times to scrub..you may even see a faint area of the markings but it’ll get most of the marker out.
There are 2 methods to remove the ink: Krud Kutter™ or WD-40™.
1. Krud Kutter
Krud Kutter is available at Target and most hardware stores and on the Internet:
http://www.google.com/products?q=Krud+Kutter&hl=en&aq=f
Krud Kutter is a low-odor product that removes ink from most surfaces like magic . Spray the Krud Kutter on a rag and wipe the ink off.
2. WD-40
Just like Krud Kutter, WD-40 available at most hardware stores. It smells a little more than Krud Kutter, tho. Spray the WD-40 on a rag and wipe the ink off.
I don’t recommend using alcohol, nail polish remover, or Mr. Clean Magic Eraser to remove the ink. These products could hurt the surface of your calendar board.
